We Can’t Be Well Until We’re All Well with Mel Douglas

We Can’t Be Well Until We’re All Well with Mel Douglas

Meet Mel Douglas…

Today’s guest was born in Brooklyn New York and is now LA based, she’s a yoga teacher, a Black lesbian activist, a wellness advocate, and the founder of Black Women’s Yoga co. I’m so excited for you to listen to this conversation. I hope you can open your heart, your ears, and your mind to the discussion we are about to have. We are chatting through the world of wellness, inclusivity & exclusivity, and the steps we as a society can make to impact the change we want to see in the world.

Meet our partners:

Is it just me or does your underwear drawer need a major overhaul? I recently discovered Huha, a female-founded line of mineral underwear infused with zinc that promotes healthy bacteria while eliminating odor (bonus: they’re also biodegradable and compostable!). The best part? They’re genuinely comfortable, flattering, size-inclusive… and I actually want to wear them! xo Erin

Enter Eaton Hemp’s hemp hearts and toasted seeds that I can put on EVERYTHING! This protein-fueled, antioxidant rich goodness is the perfect topper for smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, salads… even pasta! Bonus – I can put it on my kids snacks and meals to make sure they’re getting all the vitamins and minerals they need throughout the day. xo Erin

I love marking special milestones in my life with a gift for myself… flowers, jewelry, you name it! I love how jewelry can help you tell a story, and I found the most beautiful bracelet from Ro Collective to celebrate our Raw Beauty Reset with Kaitlyn Bristowe. Ro Collective is a Latina-owned fine jewelry company that uses ethically sourced gold, gemstones and diamonds for their handmade pieces. Talk about stunning! Want to treat someone you love (hint hint- yourself!)?
